Madico^® Inc. recently announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire select assets of ClearPlex^® Corp., a supplier of protection films based in Draper, Utah. ClearPlex markets and distributes optically clear, patent-pending glass-protection films and related products for use in the transportation and electronic markets throughout the world.

The agreement intends to leverage Madico’s global network and resources with ClearPlex’s product and application expertise.
