Stepan recently announce the capacity expansion of its Columbus, Ga., facility. The expansion will reportedly add an additional 20% of polyester resin manufacturing output to the existing manufacturing capabilities, and will allow the company to continue to meet the growing market needs of the coating, adhesive, sealant and elastomer (CASE) industries.
“This move reflects our commitment to supply the highest quality products with continued reliability and service,” says Sean Moriarty, vice president and general manager, polymers. “Our Columbus site is an important part of Stepan's global manufacturing network that includes facilities in Germany, Poland and China, and this expansion will allow us to meet our growing customers' demands."
