This company has announced the launch of a new three axis automated tabletop dispensing system. Meter series XYZ robot, can be used for potting or bead applications with one- or two-component materials in industries such as battery cell assembly, electronics, lighting, and LED assembly. Using the system, manufacturers may experience faster cycle and batch times with reduced production and material costs. The dispensing system features functionality for a full-sized meter to be mounted directly to the robot gantry, facilitating a close-coupled, hose-free valve installation for the application of wide and difficult ratio materials.
