BASF recently announced it has been named as one of Canada’s top 10 Best Workplaces™ in Manufacturing by Great Place to Work®.  Great Place to Work reportedly gathered direct feedback from employees across the country in a survey about their workplace experience, including statements on safety, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

“We have a dedicated team of employees who work at manufacturing sites and offices across the country, serving our customers in a range of industries. Our goal is to create an inclusive workplace culture where our employees feel safe, empowered and valued,” said Terri Howard, director, human resources, BASF Canada.

To be eligible for the list, organizations with manufacturing facilities must be Great Place to Work-Certified in the past year, as well as participate in the Trust Index© survey. In addition, at least 90% of the employees participating in the survey must reportedly rate the company as a physically safe place to work.
