Nudura will operate within the RPM specialty products group as a stand-alone operating unit of RPM’s Dryvit business.
RPM International Inc. recently announced that it has acquired Nudura Corp. Based in Ontario, Canada, Nudura reportedly has annual net sales of more than $40 million. Nudura will operate within the RPM specialty products group as a stand-alone operating unit of RPM’s Dryvit business.
