Pilot Chemical Co. recently announced several additions to its sales team. Chris Urban, Patrick Conover, Cathi Mowery, and Hannah Davis have joined the company to support the growth of Pilot’s surfactant and biocide product lines.
In his role as distribution key account manager, Urban will manage the surfactant and biocide product lines with Pilot’s authorized channel partners. He brings more than 11 years of industry experience to the role. Before joining Pilot, Urban served as account manager of coatings and construction chemicals at Clariant. He graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering.
As distribution account manager, Conover will support Urban in driving distribution growth for Pilot’s product lines. Conover most recently served as chemical account manager at Univar Solutions. He earned his MBA from Franklin University in Ohio after receiving his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
Mowery, Pilot’s new senior account manager, will support sales and product development for the company’s industrial applications market. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, including her most recent position as senior account manager for SI Group’s polymer and additives business unit. Mowery holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
In her role as inside account manager, Davis will oversee Pilot’s surfactant tolling relationships and new customer sales. Prior to joining Pilot, Davis served as a project engineer at Karpinski Engineering. She earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Miami University in Ohio.
