Le Pagne and Duplechian Join Palmer Holland CASE Sales Team
David Le Pagne is responsible for Southern California, Colorado, and Utah, while Julue Duplechian will serve Houston, Austin/San Antonio, El Paso, Southern Texas, and Louisiana.
Palmer Holland recently welcomed David Le Pagne and Julue Duplechian to its CASE sales team. Le Pagne comes to Palmer Holland as an account manager-CASE for Southern California, Colorado, and Utah. He began his career in the chemical industry in 2005, holding previous roles with Clariant Pigments, Ashland-ISP, and Troy Chemical. He has a master’s degree in materials science and processing from EEIGM in France, as well as a licentiate thesis in materials science from Luleå University in Sweden. He is a member of the Los Angeles Society for Coatings Technology.
With over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, Duplechian joins Palmer Holland as an account manager-CASE for Houston, Austin/San Antonio, El Paso, Southern Texas, and Louisiana. She previously served as a technical sales representative with Terra Firma/D&F, based in Houston. Duplechian’s professional affiliations include the Houston Paint and Coatings Association, the Society of Plastics Engineers, and the Institute of Food Technologists.
