Industrial Caulk and Seal (ICS) recently announced it has bolstered both its team and location in order to best serve its growing customer base. The company has moved its Maryland corporate office to 423 Oakton Way, Abingdon, MD, 21001. ICS will no longer have a presence at the previous corporate address in Aberdeen, Md.

Charles “Chip” Marshall has stepped down as executive vice president to take on a new role in ICS’ Asset Management Solutions. The company is launching this initiative in 2020 to work directly with building owners and open/operating facilities. Having worked with ICS for nearly 15 years, Marshall reportedly brings an experienced perspective to building repairs and the complex sequencing required in operating facilities.

In addition, ICS has welcomed Tammy Bernier to the position of accounting manager. She joins the company with nearly 30 years in construction accounting experience.
