After seven years with RSS, Pearce Daley, sales director, has decided to retire, effective January 31, 2020. According to RSS, Daley has been a valuable member of its team and has been instrumental in developing Harmonite as an ingredient for a growing number of formulations.

With Daley’s departure, Ken Thomas, director of Innovation and Marketing for The Dupps Co., will assume additional responsibilities at RSS. As commercial director, he will continue his market development role and will also be responsible for sales and customer service.

“It’s been a privilege working with RSS and The Dupps Company to help bring this important, sustainable technology to market,” said Daley. “I will miss all the people I’ve worked with along the way and wish them the best and much future success.”
