The Felix Schoeller Group recently announced a new organizational structure that took effect on January 1, 2020. With production facilities around the world (in Germany, North America, China, Russia, and India), the company reports that it is delegating more regional responsibility. In addition, there has been a reshuffle at the management level of the Felix Schoeller Group.
“The Felix Schoeller Group is not just a company with global operations; it is also a global manufacturing company with production sites worldwide,” said Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp, CEO. “To enable us to act quickly and efficiently on the international stage, we have reduced the number of European representatives on the management board and added international representatives.”
In addition to his role as CEO, Gallenkamp also takes on the role of chief sales officer (CSO). The other members of the company’s management board include: Matthias Breimhorst, who is new to the board and will take on the role of chief financial officer; Georg Haggenmüller, chief operating officer; and Stephan Igel, CSO for EMEA. They are joined by the new regional managers: Michael Szidat, CEO for North America; and Peter Cornelissen, vice CEO in China.
Guido Hofmeyer and Gerhard Hochstein have left the Felix Schoeller Group’s management board. Both will retain their functions as executive vice presidents of Schoeller Technocell GmbH&Co.KG.
