Maroon Group recently announced that Melissa McLemore has transitioned into an expanded role as warehouse supervisor at its Avon, Ohio, location. McLemore has been with Maroon Group for 17 years, reportedly working with internal teams and outside service partners to consistently deliver quality shipments that are on time and in full.
Over the course of her career, McLemore has built strong relationships with Maroon Group’s carriers, principals, and customers. In her previous role as logistics coordinator, she managed all of the company’s daily inbound and outbound processing and appointment scheduling. In her expanded role, McLemore will lead a team of six operators and oversee all daily warehouse operations.
