Chromaflo Technologies recently announced that Phenicia Davis has joined the company to serve as product development specialist in the Coatings Department. In this position, Davis will be responsible for providing developmental and technical support to Chromaflo’s customer base by designing, planning, and executing project elements in the laboratory and plant, both on and off site. She will also directly interface with clients to locate key opportunities and resolve issues.

“In today’s business environment, it is crucial to provide services capable of identifying and developing colorant solutions to customers quickly,” said Jerry Powers, technical manager for Coatings, Americas. “Phenicia’s previous experience in the coatings industry will play a vital role in designing and executing projects that drive growth for our clients and we’re thrilled to have her on our team.”

Prior to working with Chromaflo, Phenicia held the role of formulation chemist for Sherwin Williams. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Southern Adventist University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Rutgers University.
