Chromaflo Technologies recently named James (Jim) Pastor its global Information Technology manager in the IT Department. In this position, Pastor is responsible for directing Chromaflo’s application development, infrastructure, and security functions. He will also plan, organize, direct, and manage IT department resources, including both personnel and hardware and software systems, to support the strategic and operational plans of the company.
Pastor has more than 25 years of information technology experience with a broad range of technical platforms. He most recently served as vice president of IT for Elgin Fastener Group, where he was responsible for the development of IT strategies to support the long-term growth objectives of the business through acquisition and organic growth. Pastor earned a bachelor’s degree in computer systems and accounting from Grove City College.
