Hexion Holdings Corp. recently announced that stockholders holding approximately 64.32% of the outstanding shares of the company’s common stock delivered to the company written consents approving its proposed acquisition by affiliates of American Securities LLC. The acquisition agreement was initially announced in December; it is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
