W. R. MEADOWS, Inc. has acquired Mississauga-based Gemite Products, Inc. The company reports that the acquisition complements its waterproofing and restoration portfolio. For more than 20 years, W. R. MEADOWS served as Gemite Products, Inc.’s exclusive distributor for Canada and the U.S., beyond the East Coast region.

A manufacturer of advanced technologies, Gemite Products was founded more than 30 years ago by Igor Nikolajev, who served as the company’s president, and the late Ivan Razl, Ph.D., who served as technical director. The partners developed a line of composite waterproofing and restoration products designed to protect reinforced concrete structures in challenging environments around the world.
