RAMPF Polymer Solutions and RAMPF Production Systems have new management teams as of July 1, following the retirements of Klaus Schamel, Ph.D., and Bernd Faller. RAMPF Polymer Solutions is now led by Christian Weber, Ph.D., and Peter Barwitzki.

Barwitzki succeeds Schamel as CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions. With more than three decades of experience in the chemical industry, including 20 years leading companies in and outside of Germany, he will be responsible for sales.

Weber has served as CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions alongside Schamel since 2021. He joined RAMPF in 2018 as head of development; as CEO, Weber is responsible for technology.

Schamel has been CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions since 2008. Over the past 14 years, he has focused on a targeted personnel strategy, effective infrastructure investments, and a market-driven expansion of the company’s product portfolio. Under his leadership, the IATF 16949 quality standard was introduced and led to the company winning large key accounts in the automotive sector. In addition, through stringent internationalization, sales with international customers more than quadrupled.

Stefan Huber follows Faller as CEO of RAMPF Production Systems. Huber began his career at RAMPF in 2014 as regional sales manager. He was appointed director of Project Management in 2017. As CEO, Huber is responsible for project management, operations, and materials management.

Hartmut Storz has been CEO of RAMPF Production Systems since 2017. He began his career at RAMPF in 2004 as head of Sales & Marketing. As CEO, Storz is responsible for sales, marketing, commercial management, and product management (development, construction, control technology, application technology).

Faller is retiring after 19 years as CEO of RAMPF Production Systems. During this time, the company's product portfolio in the field of mixing and dispensing technology was significantly expanded, including the development of automated solutions. The number of employees has grown from 65 to more than 200 under his leadership, and two large production facilities were built at the company’s head office in Zimmern ob Rottweil, Germany.
