Scott Bader recently announced that Scott Bader Pvt Ltd. (SBPL), located in India, has acquired the commercial business of Satyen Polymers Pvt. Ltd. (SPPL). The expanded partnership will see SBPL assume responsibilities for direct sales and marketing for all resin and gelcoat products, while SPPL will manufacture for SBPL. In addition, SBPL will expand its product range using Scott Bader technology to bring composite and adhesive products to the Indian market.
