Four business areas comprise Adhesive Technologies: Packaging & Consumer Goods, representing 32% of the segment’s 2021 sales; Craftsmen, Construction & Professional, 31%; Automotive & Metals, 22%; and Electronics & Industrials, 15%. Each segment achieved double-digit organic sales increases for the year.
Bostik, Arkema’s Adhesives segment, achieved almost €2.3 billion (approximately $2.5 billion) in revenue in 2021. An increase of 14.1% over 2020, this represented 24% of Arkema’s total revenue for the year.
