Ashland, Inc. announced it has completed the sale of approximately six acres of land located in Ajax, Canada.

Vistamaxx™ performance polymers are extrudable over a wide temperature range and can be used to tailor the end-use properties of polyethylene- or polypropylene-based coatings for industrial fabrics used in a variety of applications. 

The FrogTape^® brand recently introduced a family of performance masking tapes geared for peak performance in marine, industrial, transportation, and automotive coating applications.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
