DuPont Board Approves Separation of Nutrition & Biosciences Business through Exchange Offer

DuPont recently announced that its board of directors has approved the separation of DuPont’s Nutrition & Biosciences business through an exchange offer (split-off) whereby DuPont stockholders can elect to tender shares of DuPont common stock in exchange for shares of Nutrition & Biosciences, Inc. (N&B) common stock.

Huntsman Completes Sale of Venator Materials Shares

Huntsman received approximately $100 million in cash, which includes $8 million for a 30-month option for the sale of the remaining approximate 9.7 million ordinary shares held by Huntsman at $2.15 per share.
