The Fed thinks so; do you?

An article in the Boston Herald reports that the recession may be over. The Federal Reserve yesterday released a report that supports prior evidence that the recession has already hit bottom and is in the early stages of recovery.

 

The article says the Fed’s “beige book” report, based on interviews with hundreds of business owners and executives across the nation, said that 11 of 12 regions are showing slight signs of economic improvement or stabilization.
