“The fundamentals of
the economy are not good. We are not out of the woods. The weak dollar will
cause massive inflation and unemployment in the service sector. “
“I think this could be
the start of a long slow climb out of the recession.”
“Home sales are likely
to improve in summer as people relocate and get in place for children to start
school in August/September. If they still see improved sales in November and
December it cold be more promising.”
