Twenty-five years ago, there was talk of a "cashless society" due to the prevalence of credit cards. As you know, we still use a lot of currency. Although there will be less demand for currency in the future, it will remain in place for a long, long time.
I haven't heard a single "financial expert" who is able to clearly define what this digital currency is all about! Bitcoin and Google Wallet are most certainly fads and are destined to disappear into cyberspace!
Physical currency is more secure. All debt public and private. No privacy with digital currency.
