Retailers Target and Neiman Marcus recently reported breaches of customers' personal information. How often do you change the passwords of your online accounts, such as email or bank accounts?

We don't do anything financial online---There is no substitute for a paper trail.

Perhaps these institutions should REQUIRE password changes on a regular basis? Most do not.

Because of this, I find it hard to trust any company with promises…
