FEICA, the Association of the European Adhesive & Sealant Industry, is inviting experts to share their knowledge and experience with an international audience of industry leaders and stakeholders at the FEICA 2024 European Adhesive & Sealant Conference. 

The FEICA 2024 European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO is a highly anticipated event for all stakeholders in the adhesive and sealant industry taking place in Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands, September 11-13, 2024.

The webinar, focusing on different aspects of adhesives and sealants in the electronics sector, and the integral role they play in contributing to the circular economy, will take place November 23, 2023, from 10:30 to 11:30 (CET Brussels).

The event will take place in the Netherlands from September 11-13, 2024.

The report, looking toward 2028, will cover a range of industry challenges and issues, and highlight opportunities for growth in a fast-changing market.

The class will focus on the mass balance approach and its importance in the shift to more sustainable feedstocks.

FEICA announced that online registration for the FEICA 2023 European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO is now open.

DUCC is a joint platform of 11 European associations representing downstream users, ranging from adhesives and sealants to construction chemicals, cosmetics and detergents, aerosols, paints, inks, toners, pressroom chemicals, fragrances, lubricants, crop protection, and chemical distributors industries.

A new restriction on diisocyanates adopted by the European authorities under REACH on August 4, 2020, specifies the need for training and labelling requirements for industrial or professional users of diisocyanates with a monomeric concentration greater than 0.1 % by weight.

The publication is intended for a broad audience, and its objective is to provide a comprehensive view of the adhesive and sealant industry in terms of its applications, technologies, innovations, and trends.

At present, polymers do not have to be registered under Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).  Nevertheless, a possible change in the treatment of polymers is envisioned in Article 138(2) of REACH, which may result in polymers being included in the registration requirements.
