The Phoseon FireLine FL200 UV LED curing system is a water-cooled, high-performance light source with peak irradiance up to 25W/cm2 ideal for assembly applications that require a small form factor.

The Noblelight^® F300S microwave-based UV curing system is a production-proven 300 watt/inch microwave-powered electrodeless lamp, packaged in a compact 6-inch modular unit. 

The Phoseon FireJet FJ800 is an air-cooled system with a base curing area of 100mm x 100mm that can scale in four directions, to provide contiguous, uniform UV output for medical device assembly.

Following Excelitas Technologies’ acquisition of Noblelight^® from Heraeus in January 2024, Excelitas is moving swiftly to optimize operations and efficiencies.

The update builds upon Excelitas’ previous sustainability reports and details the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives and performance. 

With the acquisition, Excelitas moves to further expand and broaden its industrial technology portfolio.
