Henkel recently announced that the company has successfully completed the divestment of the Retailer Brands business in North America earlier than expected.

The sale is aligned with Berry’s strategy to transition its portfolio toward consumer-focused end markets. 

Along with the divestment, the company is realigning its building and construction market segments into a newly named global business unit.
