Designed for active alignment application on optical assemblies, camera modules, and LiDAR, Flashbond^® UV-3720 UV is a filled low-shrinkage, light-curable epoxy. It is formulated to be heat curable at moderately high temperatures for application where the adhesive cannot be exposed to light. The active alignment adhesive has exceptionally low cure shrinkage under 0.1%. It is a one part, dual cure (UV or HEAT) system with a high Tg of 155°C, a low CTE of 30pm/°C and can withstand 85/85 for 1000 hours with very low moisture absorption. It is perfect for holding alignments through a temperature range of -55 to 200°C

The product can be cured using heat only in the absence of the above light or in conjunction with light curing. It recommended for heat only cure at 85°C 50-60 minutes and 125°C 10-15 minutes.  Actual times can vary based on part configuration, oven exposure, mass of adhesive and volume.
