A new high-intensity LED spot lamp with a wavelength of 400 nm is now available. The DELOLUX 50 reportedly allows for fast, reliable, pinpoint curing of adhesive layers with thickness up to 10 mm, allowing its use for transmission through plastics like polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) or polyamide (PA). The lamp can also be used in automotive and smartphone camera assembly, as well as printed circuit board (PCB) assembly.
The lamp’s LED heads are available in two variants with an emission spectrum of 365 nm and 400 nm. Because of the two variants, the lamp can reportedly cure UV- and light-curing adhesives, regardless of whether components need to be fixed, in less than one second with 365 nm or deep cured with 400 nm.
