H.B. Fuller Co. recently announced that it has finalized the previously announced purchase of Continental Products Ltd., a provider of industrial adhesives to the East and Central Africa markets, and TONSAN Adhesive Inc., reportedly the largest independent engineering adhesives provider in China.

The Continental Products acquisition reportedly adds strong customer relationships in high-value, fast-growing engineering adhesives markets, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and strong product and technology development capabilities.

The TONSAN acquisition reportedly supports H.B. Fuller’s growth strategy for emerging markets, as it will enable the company to fully leverage its broad-based technology portfolio and effectively deliver specialty adhesive products to key customers in East and Central Africa.
