Fiber Optic Center Inc. recently announced the addition of Hernon^® Tuffbond^® 302 epoxy adhesive, packaged by ÅngströmBond, to its epoxy line.

The epoxy reportedly performs under temperature cycling from -54°C to 85°C. The high-viscosity material can flow well and cure quickly. Known as a 5-minute epoxy, it does not absorb humidity and exhibits moisture, chemical, and heat resistance. The epoxy is used in the fiber optic industry for potting and encapsulation.
